with live screenings in Banska Stiavnica, in Slovakia. Our mission and goal is to discover and promote talented filmmakers from all over the world and present them to the public. Therefore our festival is a brilliant opportunity to participate in international competition.

From 2021, we registered more than 660 projects.
Every filmmaker dreams that his film will be part of this festival. Our competition wants to bring new names to the film industry. We want to support new beginning creators. We want to point them in the right direction towards the film industry.

The festival cooperates with experts from the film and music industry. We believe that our festival will bring you a lot of joy and happiness from winnings and at the same time will guide you in the advancement of your profession.

The best films will be screened at the Akademik Cinema at the year-long festival.

We show the best super short film, short film and feature film and you can visit Banská Štiavnica and only our culture. Banská Štiavnica is one of the most beautiful and historically interesting towns in Slovakia. In December 1993, Banská Štiavnica received the highest international recognition, when the city, together with the technical monuments in the vicinity, was entered into the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List.
